Let’s Make Mojitos!

Mojito Recipe Ingredients:
20 fresh mint leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons (30 grams) white sugar
120 ml white rum
180 ml soda water
Crushed ice
Directions:
1.. In a sturdy glass, add the mint leaves and squeeze in the juice of 1 lime wedge. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the leaves and lime juice together.
2. Add 1 tablespoon (15 grams) of white sugar to each glass and continue to muddle until the sugar dissolves.
3. Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour 60 ml of white rum into each glass.
4. Top off the glasses with soda water and stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge, and serve immediately.
